Website Terms of Use
Effective date: October 18, 2026.
These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Claim Clarity Consulting website and its publicly available content. Please review them before using the website.
1. About This Website
This website provides information about Claim Clarity Consulting, its professional services, educational offerings, resources, booking options, and related business information. Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Using the website, submitting an inquiry, booking a discovery call, downloading or viewing publicly available material, or communicating with Claim Clarity Consulting does not by itself create a consulting, fiduciary, employment, agency, or other professional relationship.
A consulting relationship begins only when Claim Clarity Consulting accepts an engagement in writing through the applicable agreement, statement of work, or other written confirmation.
2. Professional Services and Scope
Any services provided by Claim Clarity Consulting are subject to the terms of the applicable written engagement documents and the approved Professional Services Disclaimer.
Website descriptions, examples, FAQs, pricing references, or other general information do not expand an engagement scope, guarantee availability, or create a binding obligation to provide a particular service.
3. No Legal, Medical, Tax, Accounting, or Other Licensed Professional Advice
Website content does not constitute legal, medical, clinical, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional advice. Healthcare billing, coding, reimbursement, compliance, payer, and regulatory information may change and may depend on facts, contracts, jurisdiction, specialty, payer requirements, and other circumstances.
Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and validating information before relying on it for operational, legal, financial, clinical, billing, coding, compliance, or other decisions.
4. No Patient-Specific or Confidential Information
Do not submit patient records, protected health information, Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card information, confidential payer credentials, or other sensitive information through general website links, ordinary email, public forms, or discovery-call intake unless Claim Clarity Consulting has specifically designated an appropriate secure method for that information.
If information is submitted through a third-party service such as Calendly, Stripe, an email provider, or another linked platform, that service may also apply its own terms and privacy practices.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content created by Claim Clarity Consulting — including text, graphics, branding, logos, original training material, downloadable resources, workflows, templates, and other original content — is owned by or licensed to Claim Clarity Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use publicly available website content for your own lawful informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, scrape, modify, create derivative commercial products from, or remove ownership notices from Claim Clarity Consulting content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Third-party trademarks, coding systems, publications, standards, references, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, systems, accounts, data, or third-party services;
- interfere with website security, availability, or normal operation;
- introduce malicious code, automated abuse, or harmful technology;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- submit information you do not have authority to disclose;
- use website content to falsely imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or approval by Claim Clarity Consulting.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to or use third-party services, including scheduling, payment, email, social-media, portfolio, training, or other external platforms.
Claim Clarity Consulting does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, privacy practices, terms, or actions. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's terms and policies.
A link to a third-party resource does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
8. Bookings, Payments, and Client Policies
Scheduling, paid consultations, refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, payments, and other client-service matters are governed by the applicable Claim Clarity Consulting client policies and booking terms in effect at the time of the transaction or engagement.
Where a specific booking page, payment page, agreement, statement of work, or client policy provides more specific terms, those specific terms control that transaction or engagement.
9. Educational and Academy Content
Claim Clarity Academy educational materials may be subject to separate learner terms, individual-use licenses, refund terms, copyright restrictions, or other product-specific conditions. Purchasing, accessing, or using Academy products does not grant ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
No course, training, certificate, or educational material should be interpreted as granting professional licensure, certification, continuing-education credit, or regulatory approval unless that status is explicitly stated in writing.
10. Accuracy and Availability
Claim Clarity Consulting works to keep website information useful and current but does not warrant that all content will always be complete, error-free, current, uninterrupted, or available.
Information may be updated, corrected, removed, or changed without prior notice. Service descriptions, availability, pricing, product offerings, external links, and third-party functionality may change.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Use of this website, its educational content, or Claim Clarity Consulting services does not guarantee any particular reimbursement, revenue, denial rate, payer decision, compliance result, financial outcome, certification result, business result, or other outcome.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Claim Clarity Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this website, reliance on general website information, or use of third-party links or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Privacy
Use of this website is also subject to the Claim Clarity Consulting Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the website's current information-handling practices and should be read together with these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
Claim Clarity Consulting may revise these Terms when website features, business practices, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown on the published version identifies the current Terms.
Updated Terms will apply to use of the website after the revised version is posted, subject to applicable law. Where affirmative consent is required for a particular transaction or service, Claim Clarity Consulting will obtain it separately.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute concerning a signed client agreement is governed by the dispute, venue, and governing-law terms of that agreement rather than this website provision.
