Confidentiality Statement
Our commitment to responsible handling of confidential information
Effective date: October 19, 2026.
Confidential Information
Claim Clarity Consulting recognizes that inquiries, preliminary discussions, and consulting engagements may involve confidential business information. This may include nonpublic workflows, reports, pricing, contracts, operational or financial information, workforce information, training materials, and other information identified as confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential.
Use of Information
Information provided by a prospective or current client will be used only as reasonably necessary to evaluate an inquiry, discuss a potential engagement, perform agreed services, communicate with the client, prepare deliverables, and administer the business relationship, subject to applicable law and binding agreements.
Providing information does not create a consulting relationship or authorize work outside an accepted written scope.
Disclosure
Claim Clarity Consulting will not knowingly disclose confidential information belonging to a prospective or current client except as authorized in writing by the client, reasonably necessary for the permitted purposes described above, or required by applicable law, subject to mandatory legal and contractual constraints.
Standard business service providers and operational tools may process information as needed to support those purposes, subject to applicable agreements and safeguards. Use of a business service provider or connected tool does not, by itself, authorize processing of PHI. Any such processing must satisfy the engagement-specific authorization, safeguards, and agreement requirements described below.
Exclusions
Confidential information does not include information that is lawfully public, already known without restriction, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source without a confidentiality obligation.
Security Practices
Claim Clarity Consulting will apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled and applicable legal and contractual requirements.
Specific requirements may be established in a written engagement agreement or separate confidentiality, privacy, or system-access agreement.
This statement does not represent that Claim Clarity Consulting holds a particular security certification or establish compliance with every requirement applicable to a client or engagement.
Patient Information and System Access
Do not provide patient records, protected health information, passwords, access credentials, or other sensitive information through general email, public forms, booking forms, or preliminary discussions.
Protected health information or client-system access must not be provided until the parties have agreed on the permitted scope, an approved secure exchange or access method, and applicable safeguards. A Business Associate Agreement and other required written agreements must be completed before access or disclosure when applicable.
Third-Party Information
Prospective and current clients must not provide information they lack authority to disclose. Claim Clarity Consulting will not use another employer’s or third party’s confidential, proprietary, or nonpublic information without lawful authorization.
Written Agreements Control
This statement provides general confidentiality guidance. It does not replace or modify a signed Consulting Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Business Associate Agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or other applicable written agreement.
Applicable signed agreements govern their respective subjects. Nothing in this statement authorizes conduct prohibited by applicable law or modifies obligations under a binding agreement.
