Professional Services Disclaimer
Effective date: October 19, 2026.
Claim Clarity Consulting provides independent professional education, revenue-cycle and denial-management consulting, process-development support, workflow guidance, audits, training, and related business services. Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. A website visit, inquiry, discovery call, or other preliminary communication does not create a consulting relationship. Services are provided only within an accepted written scope.
Defined Scope
Consulting services are limited to the activities specifically accepted by Claim Clarity Consulting in writing. When an engagement uses a Consulting Services Agreement or Statement of Work, those documents control the engagement. A request from a client does not expand the scope unless Claim Clarity Consulting accepts the change in writing after any required conflict, compliance, or eligibility review.
No Legal, Clinical, Tax, Accounting, or Patient-Specific Advice
Claim Clarity Consulting does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship; provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical direction; or provide tax, accounting, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional advice. Educational coding and billing information, audit findings, and workflow recommendations do not replace client-specific review or authorize patient-specific coding, billing, clinical, or legal decisions without appropriate validation.
No Payer Representation or Adverse Advocacy
Unless expressly accepted in writing after applicable conflict and compliance review, Claim Clarity Consulting does not represent clients before payers; act as a client's agent in reimbursement disputes; or handle payer appeals, grievances, hearings, adverse proceedings, or similar representation.
No Employer-Specific or Nonpublic Information
Claim Clarity Consulting does not provide services based on confidential, proprietary, or nonpublic information obtained through the owner's employment or other restricted relationships. Claim Clarity Consulting will not advise clients using AmeriHealth Caritas internal policies, systems, reimbursement methodologies, claims-processing logic, or other nonpublic information.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Recommendations and deliverables are based on the information, access, sources, and facts available at the time of the work. Claim Clarity Consulting does not guarantee collections, reimbursement, denial reduction, clean-claim rates, compliance determinations, payer decisions, revenue increases, financial results, or other business outcomes.
Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their final billing, coding, clinical, compliance, privacy, security, legal, financial, employment, payer, contracting, staffing, and operational decisions. Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating recommendations before implementation and for obtaining qualified professional advice when required.
Information and Source Limitations
Recommendations may be affected by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misunderstood information supplied by clients, payers, vendors, public sources, or other third parties. Claim Clarity Consulting may rely on the information reasonably available during the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changing Requirements
Healthcare laws, regulations, coding guidance, payer policies, contracts, technology, privacy requirements, and reimbursement rules can change and may vary by jurisdiction, payer, specialty, contract, and circumstance. Website content and engagement deliverables reflect the information and sources identified at the time they are prepared and should not be treated as permanently current.
Conflict and Eligibility Review
Claim Clarity Consulting may decline, restrict, pause, or terminate an inquiry or engagement when necessary to comply with legal, ethical, confidentiality, outside-employment, or conflict-of-interest obligations.
Contract Controls
This website disclaimer does not expand, replace, or modify a signed Consulting Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Business Associate Agreement, or other written engagement document. If a written agreement conflicts with this website disclaimer, the applicable signed agreement controls for that engagement.
