Specialized knowledge
Experience across the full revenue cycle.
I bring 13 years of experience in medical billing, claims, reimbursement, denials, appeals, and coding-related work, supported by my Certified Professional Coder–Apprentice (CPC-A) credential.
My background spans provider billing operations and payer-side reimbursement policy, claim-edit configuration, quality review, and team leadership. I connect the details of a claim with the policies, systems, and workflows behind it.
That experience shapes practical support: researching the source of a denial, reviewing coding and payment discrepancies, documenting corrective steps, and helping teams build consistent processes.
